The School and Madrasah was established by a group of individuals concerned about the educational attainments and good characteristics of our children, following the advice of respected Islamic Scholars.
We are all aware of the saying of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-alaihi-wasallam): “Seeking Knowledge is compulsory on all Muslims” (Source: Mishkat-ul-Masabih, Kitabul Ilm)
JABM is a Registered Charity based in Sheffield, UK and is run by Muslim brothers and sisters. The Trust provides a whole range of services to the Muslim community. Since the Madrassa had opened in 2008, the Trust has provided the Muslim community with numerous welfare services. Originally the Trust started with a small community of children attending Madrassa to learn and worship but after analysing the needs of Muslims, the small community Madrassa had broadened its applications, taking people from all parts of the city, becoming a well-established Madrassa within Sheffield.In existence for over 5 years JABM currently provides the following services:
1.Islamic Curriculum classes for boys and girls aged 5-16 including Hifz-E-Quran, Quran Nazra,Duaa Book,Hadiths and further Islamic books to extend Islamic knowledge.
2.Lectures and seminars held on a regular basis for brothers & sisters segregated.
3.Advisory and information services.
4.Educational Classes for brothers & sisters aged 16 or above such as Quran reading classes and basic Islamic studies taking place on weekly basis.
